Tjhe other day i tried transferring my file from Golden Sun to Golden sun the lost age via wireless connection with the ''update'' option from the main menu. The password was accepted and i was able to see my party from the first game however they are not present in the game. Does this mean that you can only get Isaac and co. at the begining of the second game when it asks if you want to transfer the file? Golden Sun: the lost age transferring file question

I don't know how you'd do it via wireless connection (there may be a GBA 3rd party wireless adaptor...), but basically, Isaac and co. aren't the central characters. You start out as Jenna, Felix, and Sheba and will meet a 4th character sometime later. It won't be until about 3/4 of the way through the game that you'll meet up with GS1's crew.In the meantime, transferring data will triger some story scenes that wouldn't be there otherwise. Also, I hope you managed to get all of the Djinni from GS1...
