I'm sorry, but I am ot sure what you mean. Do you mean as in import from another country. I don't remember importing/exporting in GTA: SA, but it has been a good while since I finished the game and have not played it since.
i forgot where it is but there is a import export place. u had to get a crain to pick it up and drop it.
Are you talking about the cars? Where you steal some, then drop them off, and then at some point able to buy them when you go there again?If that's what you mean, it's located in San Fierro (I think that's the name) at the boat yard. I don't know if you have to use the crane yourself or not. I've never seen the place open, so I don't know for sure...
It'll be available after a certain mission I think. Basically there is a board near the big boat, and it lists cars to be stolen.
Once you get the cars, you get out and use the crane to place them on the boat... then you're done.

The list will change, and you can only import certain cars on certain days.

every version of GTA: SA has import/export docks for cars (xbox, ps2, pc). If you have played the game enough it will unlock. (its been a long time for me however) basically you get in a particular car and it says ''this car is available for export'' or something. then you drive it ALL THE WAY to san fiero and take it to the docks a little ways north of the airport. then you drive to the little red circle and park. then you get in the crane and move the car on to the boat. after you drop it, they pay you $. Then you can import cars by walking up to the board. If you dont know what a specific car looks like, just go to an online faq or walkthrough for descriptions of each car.
well I've completed all the storyline missions, but it isn't there yet, is there a certain day that i have to go.
