As I found out in God Of War, Gods can be killed by mortals... all you need is the power from Pandora's Box. Kratos gains this power and becomes a God himself... When Goku is transformed his power levels can become unimaginable. When watching DBZ the highest Power-Level reading I remember was Freeza being at 500,000. (and they only say it in the Japanese version). Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan and beats Freeza at his full-power (which I won't even try and guess).When you have the power to blow up entire planets I think that qualifies you as the strongest on the PS2.Goku, is the clear winner on any console.
Yeah, so long as you aren't keeping out licensed characters, Goku wins hands down on any console.
I'm going with Sephiroth on this one. he may have been effeminate, but damn was that one mean looking sword.
