Megaman X - Bring it back old School?

Hello all,
I'm sure plenty of people on this board (myself included), have been orgasmic since the announcment of Mega Man 9. However, I for one would love it if they made a new Megaman X game also to the old school graphics. As nice as the PS MMX graphics were, I always preferred the SNES graphics.
So, anyone else feel the same, or am I alone in this?
Megaman X - Bring it back old School?
that;s why I just got X3 for the Saturnthe PS X's armors were uber fun thoughMegaman X - Bring it back old School?
I think if MM9 does well, we'll see an X9 sometime in the future.
X is good and all, but can't exactly say its as good as the megaman 2-6 era. BUT! At least X 1-4 were really good though. Problem is.....after 4. It started getting old.

I actually prefer the X games to the originals. If I'm not mistaken, X3 on the SNES made use of the FX-Chip and looks just as good, if not better than the CD based Saturn version. Would I want a new SNES Mega Man X? Absolutely.

Definately! The closest thing ive gotten to megaman X now days is megaman ZX for the ds.

So do I, but, that might be nostalgia talking more than anything, because Mega Man X was the game that made me a gamer, as such, it shall always hold a special place in my gaming heart.
By MegaMan X6 the X series was getting stale... X7 and X8 threw it to the dogs.X and X2 were the two best games in the series. I highly agree that X9 should bring MegaMan back to his roots. 2 years Later... A new series of Megaman is released and it's amazing, just like the jump from the Original series to the X series.
