There is a Suikoden 4, 5 and Tactics, but I don't know about 3. Sorry it's not the answer you were looking for, but I thought it might help a little. I've had a look at 6 major UK game stores and all that's coming up is 4, 5 and Tactics. That might be a sign that 3 is not PAL.Suikoden 3 PAL?

I believe those PAL > NTSU converters are for when you have that special nono(modchip) in your console.
because how else are you going to get a retail copy of a game converted?
Yeah same, i'm a massive Suikoden fan and i hear III is great but i cant play it, really annoys me :/
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but no it was not released in PAL. Those boxes you saw are nothing to do with playing NTSC games, older PAL TVs would display NTSC games in black and white, now TVs tend to have all standards incorporated.I feel your pain man, this was one of the first games I imported when I got my PS2 from the US.

Uh.. so is there any way I can get suikoden 3 NTSU to work on a PAL ps2 and a 50hz tvI don't wanna go and buy a NTSU PS2 thts al..
why do you bother for the worst Suikoden game i dont understand
why do you bother for the worst Suikoden game i dont understand
But it was rated a 9 on gamespot? ^^

By RGB I take it you mean SCART or RCA, well he was using RCA and without that convertor no color would come on. If I am way off the mark then correct me on this.
why do you bother for the worst Suikoden game i dont understand
On the other hand, there is a significant group that believes III to be the BEST Suikoden game.

It is not true conversion you get, its only color conversion which is simple to implement. True conversion is a whole different matter altogether and the equipment needed to do that is far more expensive than the $20 or so you need to spend to get color conversion. With the simple method you may notice tearing in the picture if you have a keen eye, though most of us dont notice it since its 24 or 30 frames per second. This is no more a problem with modern sets because they can automatically switch between sources and it is sorted out internally. Apologies to the TC for going way off topic. To answer your question about there being any way you can get it to work on a PAL PS2, the answer would be not without you modding the PS2 (which we cant discuss on the forums) since the consoles are region locked.
yes, now we are talking, thanks for the information ,though I need to say that I see the difference between the graphics, I was unhappy with my 360 because I only played all games with an RGB cable until then and I never played my 360 until I got an RGB csble. (I understand a lot about games but not about this kind of things)I didn't mentioned the cable because the regional problem,I did it because of the discussion about the black white problem.could you please tell me what an RCA cable is?, I got no clue.
rite ... yeh?
It is the regular yellow white and red cables we have used all those years, read about it here.
