Unfortunately I know what one is, even worse is the fact that I got to play one of those fake (yes, fake, I will never see them as real) Zelda games, that was awful. I can't remember what other games I played on it, and those I guess were OK.who knows what a cd i is
I have an old CDi but I don't have any of those bad Zelda games :)
It was a crap system and not even originally designed for games. Disasters such as Link: Wands of Gamelon and Mario Hotel were featured on Philips Multi-Media system.
There was a batch of games that came out for this system that no one seems to remember (I think only the Zelda games are in people's reach). One of those is the GOD AWFUL Super Mario Bros game as well. There were also a bunch of MPEG movie-style games like Voyeur (mature title) where you view a murder while peeping on a woman and have to help solve a mystery. I think Mad Dog McCree and Crime Patrol made some sightings, but that may have only been the 3DO (another great system!)
Suffice to say that a Philips Cd-i is something that makes gamers cringe.
